The quality control staff determines the quality as well as the cleanliness of our fabric, PVC sheet, and other components. The inspection process involves: pull testing, UV testing, vibration testing, and cyclical testing.
Material
We use PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) and TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) as the materials to manufacture outdoor products. These two ultra-tough fabrics feature a high quality of leakproofness.
Waterproof zipper
Waterproof zipper, airtight zipper, and anti-splash zipper are used as an approach to reinforce the waterproofness of the product.
Providing higher waterproofing and insulation for coolers with this zipper, the smooth and tight zipper edges reduce gas leakage, ensuring the highest sealing level of the cooler bag and maintaining bag quality.

02. UV Testing
Materials are exposed to ultraviolet in a controlled environment. UV testing helps to find out the properties and service life of a material.

The material is subjected to repeat testing in a cyclic testing. We promise our outdoor products are to perform reliably in real world conditions.
